Rita Kunz is a certified business coach and former head of the ICF Chapter Bern with over 15 years of international experience in leadership, talent management, and organizational development. After a senior leadership career at Bayer AG, she co-founded i2impact AG to help leaders, teams, and organizations unlock potential, build resilience, and drive lasting impact.
As an accredited coach for the Swiss Innovation Agency (Innosuisse), Rita advises start-ups and scale-ups on transforming HR functions, fostering team effectiveness, and shaping organizational processes. She also leads the Executive MBA coaching program at the University of Zurich, combining her corporate, consulting, and academic experience to deliver practical, results-driven coaching.
